How will I know what items will be for sale? What if I’m not online when the one I want appears?
For our auction events, you can view the list of items for upcoming auctions through the “Item Lists/Scheduled Bids” link at the top. From the item list, you can submit “scheduled bids” with the maximum amount you are willing to pay for specific items. A "scheduled bid" consists of your max bid, which will then be automatically bid in $1 increments up to your maximum. This is a good way to make sure you don’t miss out on any items if you’re not able to attend the event and bid in real-time.

Will shipping be expensive?
Our auction events last for two weekends, and we combine items from both into a single shipment (along with any held eBay or Discogs orders). Customers from Europe will take advantage of our RarezHub bulk shipping program to save an average of 20-50% on shipping and no customs.

What is the RarezHub program?
We realize shipping can be quite expensive for our EU customers, and we aim to help with that through our EU shipping center. Customers in EU countries can save an average of 20-50% on shipping costs, plus NO CUSTOMS! This is achieved by shipping everyone's orders together in a single huge box, then mailing orders to individual customers once at our shipping center in Germany.

Reduced shipping and no customs sounds great, but won't it take a lot longer to get my order?
Your order would be sent First-Class International if it was going directly from us to you, and First-Class can take multiple weeks. The box sent to our shipping hub is sent via Priority International, which takes only a little over a week. The individual orders are then labeled and sent directly to you from Germany. Thus it's a win-win situation making the wait time less than it’d be initially.

How do I ensure my store order gets included in the RarezHub box?
We'll automatically add all auction orders from EU customers to the RarezHub box, along with any held eBay and Discogs orders they may have.

How do I pay for the items I’ve won?
Customers will be sent an invoice through PayPal within ten (10) days of the last day for auctions. Payment for the items is due within fourteen (14) days of the notification of invoice. Extension of payment deadline may be granted by emailing rarezhutshop@gmail.com.

Where are the items shipped from?
RarezHut is based in Illinois, USA, though we will gladly ship worldwide! We do have our RarezHub service for overseas customers to make shipping cheaper as well.

How are payments handled?
After the final day of the auction, you will receive an invoice via PayPal to the email address associated with the account with the shipping cost included. If your PayPal account email is different from your RarezHut Auctions account email, then please contact us so we can make a note in our records. If we don’t have your shipping address on file, then we will contact you about that as well.

What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we only accept PayPal, Revolut and Wise..

Is it possible to hold items after buying to be shipped together with a future purchase?
Sure thing! Just contact us at rarezhutshop@gmail.com if you want to hold items (from our eBay and Discogs stores for instance) and then again when you’re ready to ship everything out. We can coordinate with you to make sure everything goes smoothly.

What are the conditions of your items?
A large majority of our stock is purchased used, but is generally in really good condition. Many CDs come with the OBI strip and, in some instances, the cases are replaced if they were badly damaged during shipping. All used items are tested and confirmed as working before being listed. If you have any specific questions about the condition of an item, feel free to ask in the chat during the auction.

I would like to buy a cassette/VHS, but I have no way to play it... what can I do?
Analog media such as cassettes and VHS are a fading medium, and we understand that most people don't own the equipment to play these items. To help ease this, we can send digital copies of VHS and cassettes along with the items which were digitized using professional-quality hardware.

Do you accept exchanges/refunds?
All sales are final and items are sold as-is. We will work with you to the best of our ability should any issues arise.
